Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Sable Bebe is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own its visual identity across social media, paid ads, email, the website and campaigns, keeping every touchpoint consistent. It is a hands-on role in a small team where the designer is the design lead, reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the marketing team and the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Look after the visual identity across channels (typography, layout, colour, photography treatment, graphics) and build and maintain brand guidelines and a template library
• Review creative from the team, creators and partners
• Design Instagram stories, carousels, covers and launch teasers, and build reusable story templates and graphic systems
• Create visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns and sales, and static ads for Meta and Google
• Design homepage banners and collection imagery for the Shopify store
• Build email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo and create mobile-friendly email templates
• Bring ideas for launches, campaigns, collaborations and co-branded projects, and keep up with e-commerce design trends
• Manage work through Asana and keep files and the brand library organised

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, including in an e-commerce or DTC brand
• Portfolio showing social, paid ads, email and web work with consistent campaigns
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout and composition, and a refined eye for detail
• Able to take a brief and bring your own ideas; organised, reliable and calm under pressure
• Nice to have: experience with AI tools, fashion/accessories/lifestyle brands and brand collaborations
