Senior Graphic Designer – Fashion & Lifestyle Brand

About the role

We are a well‑backed fashion and lifestyle brand looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to own all in‑house creative output. This sole design role will shape visual communication across digital, retail and campaign channels, working autonomously to elevate the brand’s look and feel.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of creative production for paid social, EDMs, eCommerce, website, CRM, retail assets, packaging and campaign launches.
• Translate campaign direction from the Brand Marketing lead into refined, commercially strong visuals.
• Continuously evolve the brand’s visual identity while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with a lean, flat marketing team across digital, eCommerce and brand functions.
• Deliver senior‑level creative concepts without reliance on templates or close supervision.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, campaign development and conceptual ability.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in fast‑paced, high‑output environments.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle or eCommerce design is strongly preferred.
• Consistent senior‑level output; not suited for execution‑only or template‑based designers.
