Senior Financial Analyst – Capex & Investment Analysis

About the role
Join a leading ASX‑listed consumer business to support over $1bn of strategic digital and automation investments. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will evaluate and monitor major capital projects, influencing senior executives and enterprise‑wide investment decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and investment cases for strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate performance of approved investments and recommend optimisation actions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to gather operational inputs and assess project viability.
- Prepare presentations and insights for executive decision‑making and investment approval.
- Support capital forecasting, budgeting, reporting and broader commercial analysis.
Required profile
- CA/CPA/CFA qualified with 5+ years’ experience, preferably from a Big‑4 advisory background.
- Advanced financial modelling and investment appraisal capability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience in corporate finance, transaction services, infrastructure, retail or investment analysis.
