About the role
The Senior Financial Accountant reports to the Financial Controller – ANZ and works with the Finance leadership team to deliver monthly financial reports, end‑of‑month accounting and continuous process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare statutory, monthly and annual financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Collaborate with offshore resources to resolve exceptions and improve workflow efficiency.
- Support budgeting and reporting activities and contribute to management accounting tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Formal accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent) and tertiary degree.
- Experience with taxation areas such as FBT, Income Tax, GST and Payroll Tax.
Required skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP Business One or similar accounting package (desirable).
