About the role

The Senior Financial Accountant reports to the Financial Controller – ANZ and works with the Finance leadership team to produce monthly financial reports, manage end‑of‑month accounting, and enhance finance processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare statutory compliant monthly and annual financial reports and accounting records.
  • Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, collaborate with offshore teams, and automate workflows.
  • Support budgeting and reporting activities and resolve accounting exceptions.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 + years of relevant experience.
  • Formal accounting qualification (Tertiary degree) and CA/CPA completion.
  • Experience with taxation areas such as FBT, Income Tax, GST and Payroll Tax.

Required skills

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with SAP Business One or similar accounting package (desirable).
