Senior Finance Manager – High‑Growth Business

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing Australian business that is expanding its operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Finance Manager will own the day‑to‑day finance function while building the financial capability, controls and reporting infrastructure needed for rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end reporting processes.
• Manage statutory reporting, audit and compliance obligations.
• Enhance financial controls, governance frameworks and reporting disciplines.
• Oversee cash‑flow management and working‑capital processes.
• Drive improvements across finance systems, reporting and automation.
• Lead, mentor and develop a small finance team.
• Partner with business leaders to provide commercial insight and support decision‑making.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the finance function.

Required profile

• CA‑qualified accountant with a strong technical foundation.
• 3‑5 years of finance experience in industry, preferably after practice training.
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving attitude with a can‑do mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
