About the role

Join a leading retail bank in Sydney CBD as a Senior Finance Business Partner, providing strategic financial insight to senior leaders and influencing commercial decisions. The role offers a hybrid work model with two days per week remote.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across banking products to deliver commercial and strategic financial insight.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for key business areas.
• Challenge business assumptions and ensure financial outcomes align with strategic objectives.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support revenue, cost, productivity and profitability targets and major transformation projects.

Required profile

• Strong finance business partnering experience, preferably in retail banking or financial services.
• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
