Senior EUC / Windows Administrator (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior EUC / Windows Administrator to lead the deployment and support of Windows 10/11 environments for a three‑month project in Brisbane. The role involves hands‑on technical work, coordination with infrastructure teams, and ensuring a smooth end‑user experience during rollout windows.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, validate and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
• Execute site controller replacements and endpoint refresh activities.
• Administer Active Directory, provide user support and validate access rights.
• Handle ServiceNow incidents, requests and change tasks.
• Develop and run PowerShell automation and remediation scripts.
• Provide L2 desktop and EUC support during rollout periods.
• Perform pre‑deployment and post‑deployment readiness checks.
• Coordinate with customer APS and infrastructure teams throughout implementation.
• Support incident handling, escalation and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Windows 10/11 deployment and support.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing processes.
• Hands‑on expertise with PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to deliver L2 desktop/EUC support in a fast‑paced rollout.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal and external technical teams.
