Senior Estate Litigation Lawyer

About the role

Nurture Law is looking for a Senior Estate Litigation Lawyer to strengthen its award‑winning estate disputes practice. You will work closely with the principal, Kelly Gatehouse, and will have the autonomy to manage your own files while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of estate litigation matters, including family provision applications, solemn form proceedings and contested grant applications.
• Develop and implement strategic approaches for complex disputes.
• Provide advocacy, negotiation and advisory services to clients facing emotionally charged situations.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers and contribute to the growth of the litigation team.

Required profile

• Significant post‑admission experience in estate litigation.
• Strong judgment, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and client‑focused mindset.
