Senior Electrical Engineer – Critical Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, integration and commissioning of sophisticated electrical systems that power hospitals, data centres, stadiums and industrial facilities across Australia. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from estimation and design through to construction and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed electrical schematics and select components for critical infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate integration of specialised equipment such as generators, UPS systems and advanced lighting controls.
• Manage the commissioning process and oversee on‑site execution.
• Provide technical input during estimation, design reviews and construction phases.
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team of industry leaders and tier‑one contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and integrating electrical systems for critical infrastructure and commercial projects.
• Strong background in data‑centre electrical design, switchboard design and lighting‑control schematics.
• Hands‑on experience with estimation, commissioning and installation processes.
• Ability to work on‑site across boardrooms and construction sites.
