Senior Division Director

About the role

Robert Half is seeking a Senior Division Director to lead its Technology practice in Perth. This senior leadership position offers the chance to shape the division’s growth, drive business development, and mentor a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a medium‑sized team, overseeing business development, candidate acquisition and resource planning.
• Develop existing client relationships, recapture lost accounts and generate new business through cross‑selling opportunities.
• Conduct full recruitment cycles, analyse market trends and represent Robert Half in the marketplace.
• Maintain a strong online brand presence and use Salesforce Planner for call planning and client outreach.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in recruitment or business development, with at least 2 years in a people‑management role.
• Proven record of achieving billing targets and growing gross profit budgets.
• Experience building and leading teams of 3+ members and fostering an inclusive sales culture.
