About the role
We are seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst who loves hands‑on technical work and enjoys helping users solve problems. You will operate in a busy enterprise environment, supporting a wide range of staff including senior executives and VIP stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 desktop support for Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software and mobile devices.
- Use ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system to log, track and resolve incidents following ITIL processes.
- Take ownership of issues from identification through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption for users.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support procedures.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in desktop support, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels.
- Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Windows operating systems.
- Microsoft 365 suite.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Mobile device support.
- ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system) within an ITIL framework.
