Senior Designer – Retail Creative Agency

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our retail‑focused creative agency on a full‑time, onsite contract. The role is hands‑on and requires an all‑rounder who can take concepts from brief to final execution across both print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design a wide range of collateral, from core brand concepts to executional assets for multiple channels and formats.
• Create motion graphics and edit video content using Adobe After Effects.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and ensure files meet production specifications.
• Collaborate with the team to interpret briefs and deliver on‑brand, effective designs.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and asset libraries for a portfolio of retail brands.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in an agency, retail, or in‑house brand environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, retail, print, and motion work.
• All‑rounder skill set covering both print and digital design.
• Deep understanding of print production requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and video editing.
