About the role
Henning Larsen is seeking a Senior Designer / Architect to join its growing Sydney studio. You will work on a diverse portfolio that includes theatres, universities, masterplans and corporate headquarters, contributing from concept through detailed design.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated, innovative design responses from early strategy to delivery across a range of project types.
- Collaborate with the Design Director and multidisciplinary teams to shape clear design narratives and ensure architectural intent.
- Participate in bids, business development initiatives and city‑shaping projects across Australia and the wider region.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years postgraduate professional experience in architecture.
- Proven track record in design competitions, feasibility studies and early‑stage project development.
- Strong conceptual and spatial design capability combined with technical understanding.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills for presentations and stakeholder engagement.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with Enscape or D5 for real‑time rendering.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
