Senior Delivery Manager – BESS (Australia)

About the role

We are looking for a senior delivery manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of utility‑scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Australia. The role reports to the Global Head of Deployment and will help build REPT BATTERO’s Operations & Deployment function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle of utility‑scale BESS projects, from deployment handover through Commercial Operation Date (COD) to handover to Operations & Maintenance.
• Manage both DC Block programmes (delivery up to COD) and AC Block programmes that include AC integration solutions.
• Support project teams in execution, ensuring commercial and technical objectives are met.
• Establish delivery processes and governance for new projects across APAC, EMEA and the Americas.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering utility‑scale BESS projects or similar large‑scale energy storage site services.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex programmes.
• Willingness to work on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia (Melbourne or Sydney preferred).
• Full‑time availability.
