Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Go1 is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex product and business questions into clear, decision‑ready evidence. This hands‑on individual‑contributor role combines technical depth with strong judgement, partnering with product, engineering, marketing and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous goals into measurable questions and analytical approaches.
• Lead analysis, metric models, dashboards and reports that improve product, customer and commercial decisions.
• Define success measures for new initiatives, identify data gaps and work with engineering to resolve them.
• Build and own SQL‑based analytical products, from definition through monitoring and improvement.
• Communicate rigorous evidence to technical and non‑technical audiences, highlighting recommendations, confidence levels and limitations.

Required profile

• Strong SQL capability and experience with complex, evolving data.
• Proven ability to take stakeholder problems from discovery to insight and recommendation.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering on metrics, event tracking and data quality.
• Senior‑level contribution through mentoring, quality assurance or technical leadership.
