Senior Consultant – Risk Consulting and Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Risk Consulting team, focusing on health, safety and wellbeing. You will work with boards and executive teams across a range of public and private sector clients, helping them strengthen governance, assess operational risks and improve safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support the scoping, execution and delivery of risk consulting, advisory and internal audit projects.
• Assess client safety maturity, develop WHS policies and procedures, and uplift governance structures.
• Provide risk‑management, governance and process‑review advice to high‑profile organisations.
• Conduct internal audits of WHS frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout and after engagements.
• Coach and train junior team members, managing day‑to‑day delivery on engagements.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Required profile

• People‑oriented professional with a solid understanding of WHS risk.
• Strong critical‑thinking abilities and the capacity to translate technical findings into business impact.
• Willingness to travel for client work.
• Proven experience at a senior consulting level.
