About the role

As a Senior Consultant you will partner with a diverse range of clients to meet their business needs through exceptional talent solutions. You will work in a collaborative, outcomes‑driven environment within a global, NYSE‑listed organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in delivering recruitment and business transformation solutions to a wide client and candidate base.
• Identify and address business challenges faced by C‑Suite executives and business owners.
• Leverage technical and rapport‑building skills to support consultative projects and drive business development.

Required profile

• Open‑minded, curious and hard‑working with a critical‑thinking mindset.
• Experience in business development, sales or recruitment‑focused roles.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong communication and influencing abilities, both in person and via phone/video.
• Knowledge of financial strategy, industry trends and talent solutions.
