About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to provide strategic, technology‑driven consulting services to retail clients. This hybrid/remote position offers autonomy and the chance to influence high‑impact initiatives without the bureaucracy of large firms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business challenges and recommend tailored technology strategies.
• Lead end‑to‑end technology implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long‑term partnerships.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Train and mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in cloud technology (AWS or Azure).
• Proven experience delivering technology projects from planning to execution.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills for client and internal engagement.
• Relevant qualification in technology, business, or a related field.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to high‑quality results and exceeding client expectations.
