Senior Consultant – Insights

About the role

Nature is seeking a Senior Consultant with 3‑5 years of experience in insights consulting to lead projects, manage client relationships and deliver evidence‑based recommendations. You will work hands‑on, conducting quantitative analysis, crafting compelling narratives and presenting findings to top‑tier Australian brands.

Key responsibilities

• Independently run end‑to‑end insight projects, from scoping to delivery.
• Own day‑to‑day client interactions, ensuring expectations are met and relationships are nurtured.
• Perform quantitative analysis, build data‑driven stories and present actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including qualitative researchers, marketing scientists and strategists.
• Contribute to internal learning initiatives and B Corp cultural programs.

Required profile

• Degree in psychology, marketing, business, anthropology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in insights or market research consulting.
• Strong quantitative foundation and ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Proactive problem‑solver who thrives on variety and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
