Senior Consultant - ICS/OT Cybersecurity

About the role

As a Senior Consultant on Dragos' Professional Services team, you will help industrial organizations strengthen their cybersecurity posture through hands‑on engagements such as architecture reviews, assessments, and custom tabletop exercises.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews, tabletop exercises and assessments in industrial environments, including documentation review, gap analysis, site walk‑downs and data collection.
• Deliver findings and recommendations, present results verbally and answer customer questions.
• Transform engagement insights into research projects, protocol dissectors and analytics to advance Dragos technology.
• Create and facilitate tailored tabletop exercises that illustrate attack consequences and showcase Dragos capabilities.
• Support pre‑sales initiatives by providing technical guidance for scopes of work.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with ICS/OT systems and a strong understanding of industrial control devices, instrumentation and communication protocols.
• Experience in critical infrastructure sectors such as electric, oil & gas, chemical, manufacturing or utilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, coordinate across distributed teams and travel up to 30% internationally.
• Strong technical writing skills and a continuous learning mindset for OT and cybersecurity trends.

Required skills

• Industrial control systems (ICS/OT) knowledge
• Protocol analysis and packet capture (PCAP) handling
• Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, endpoint security, threat detection and network monitoring solutions
• System administration (Active Directory), networking (SSH, configuration review), OS hardening and remote access techniques
