Senior Consultant – Corporate Tax

About the role
EY is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join its Corporate Tax team in Adelaide. You will work with a portfolio of corporate clients, including ASX‑listed companies and multinational investors, delivering tax advice and compliance services across a range of complex transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide corporate tax advice on M&A, restructures, financing and compliance matters.
- Prepare and review corporate income tax returns and tax accounting calculations.
- Deliver advisory services such as ATO risk reviews, audits and ruling applications.
- Collaborate with specialist teams on international tax, transfer pricing, tax controversy and transaction support.
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants and graduates.
Required profile
- Australian corporate income tax experience, preferably from a top‑tier or mid‑tier accounting firm or corporate environment.
- Strong client‑facing abilities and confidence to contribute in meetings.
- Ability to translate complex tax legislation into clear recommendations.
