Senior Consultant, Corporate & International Tax

About the role

BDO is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Corporate & International Tax team in Australia. The role involves delivering both advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base, ranging from medium‑sized businesses to multinational brands. You will work collaboratively within a holistic tax practice, supporting partners and senior managers on key matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory and compliance services across Australian and international tax regimes.
• Serve medium‑size clients and large multinational brands on complex tax issues.
• Collaborate with partners and senior managers on key client engagements.
• Conduct research and analysis to develop tax solutions.
• Contribute to a holistic, inclusive team environment.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of Australian tax experience, preferably from a Big 4, mid‑tier accounting firm, or law firm.
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Accounting or Law (Taxation).
• Strong research, writing and analytical abilities.
• Collaborative, innovative and inclusive working style.
• Willingness to challenge the status‑quo and embrace new approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for tax.
