Senior Consultant, AVP – Charles River Development

About the role

Senior Consultants lead the implementation of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS), ensuring the platform meets client business and technical needs and is ready for production use.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to CRIMS implementations, analysing requirements and providing product expertise throughout the project.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, execute proof‑of‑concept projects and support pre‑sales activities.
• Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies, advise on best practices and monitor requirements for potential enhancements.
• Document product improvements, communicate defects to support teams and assist in defect resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience implementing mission‑critical financial solutions, preferably in investment management, wealth management or capital markets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with front, middle or back‑office investment management systems and understanding of fixed income, equity, derivatives or FX workflows.
