Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Mental Health

About the role

Grampians Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead and deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within its Mental Health and Wellbeing Service in Ballarat. The role combines advanced clinical expertise with leadership, education and training in a dynamic and supportive environment. It is permanent full time at 40 hours per week, with a monthly ADO; part-time applicants are also considered.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical pharmacy care to mental health inpatient units
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient-focused care
• Lead, mentor and upskill a team of clinical pharmacists and technicians
• Drive service development, quality improvement and innovation for the mental health pharmacy service

Required profile

• AHPRA registered pharmacist
• Advanced clinical pharmacy capability
• Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification or ANZCAP credentialing desirable
• Experience in supervision, mentoring and team leadership
