Senior Change Manager

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Senior Change Manager to join its Investments team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is based in Sydney’s Barangaroo precinct and operates in a hybrid model, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management across a portfolio of initiatives, including BAU change, transformation, governance and operating‑model uplift.
• Collaborate with sponsors, project managers and business leaders to develop clear change plans aligned to delivery milestones.
• Identify impacts, stakeholders and dependencies, and support engagement across a large matrixed environment.
• Design and deliver communication, readiness and adoption activities that explain what is changing and why.
• Track progress, surface risks or resistance, and provide reporting to governance forums.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in change management with a strong communications background.
• Experience working in a large, matrixed organisation and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
• Well‑developed communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
