Senior Change Management Consultant

About the role

We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a large‑scale Salesforce transformation in Adelaide. As a Senior Change Management Consultant you will own the change and adoption strategy for a complex Service Cloud implementation, ensuring the new platform is embedded, delivers measurable value and users are equipped to work effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end change management activities across the Salesforce implementation, with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Design and deliver human‑centred change strategies that drive engagement, adoption and behavioural change.
• Create high‑quality learning solutions, including instructional design, training materials and enablement plans.
• Utilise Salesforce in‑platform features such as In‑App Guidance to improve user experience and productivity.
• Partner with business stakeholders to assess impacts, map processes and embed new ways of working.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business process optimisation.
• Adapt change approach to both public and private sector environments.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience delivering change within Salesforce implementation programmes, preferably Service Cloud.
• Strong background in human‑centred change methodologies and user adoption strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and learning development.
• Consulting experience with solid business process improvement capability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
