About the role

As a Senior Business Banking Manager in Wagga Wagga, you will drive new customer acquisition and grow funds under management by delivering comprehensive business finance solutions. You will work closely with brokers, real estate agents, accountants and business owners, playing a pivotal role in supporting Australian businesses and private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage a deep network of broker and professional relationships.
• Drive a structured, disciplined weekly operating rhythm to sustain strong sales momentum.
• Use data and insights to identify and engage potential and existing customers.
• Make cold calls as part of the acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with internal ANZ stakeholders to solve complex client problems.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences.
