Senior Brand Communications Manager

About the role

The Senior Brand Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of brand‑focused communication strategies for P&G’s portfolio of world‑leading brands. You will build trusted relationships with press, influencers, agencies, regulators and NGOs to protect and enhance brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Create integrated communication and brand‑PR strategies that generate earned awareness and advocacy.
• Own the planning and execution of PR events, influencer engagements and brand‑centric activations.
• Lead risk assessment, issue handling and crisis communication for assigned brands.
• Develop and implement social‑media engagement, community management and compelling content programmes.
• Manage external brand‑PR agencies, providing strategic counsel and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in communications or brand‑PR.
• Proven ability to manage external partner relationships and influencer‑driven programmes.
• Experience in issues, crisis management and stakeholder engagement.
