Senior Associate / Manager – Real Estate & Infrastructure Advisory

About the role

Primary Advisory is seeking a Senior Associate or Manager to join its expanding Brisbane office. The role offers the chance to work on a varied pipeline of major housing, health, education, property and social infrastructure projects across Queensland and Australia, collaborating directly with clients and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct demographic, market, economic and planning analysis to support site highest‑and‑best‑use assessments.
• Develop financial models and feasibility studies using Excel, EstateMaster, Forbury and other valuation tools.
• Perform geospatial and catchment analyses to inform real‑estate investment decisions.
• Assist with complex real‑estate and social‑infrastructure transactions, including research, benchmarking and case‑study reviews.
• Support stakeholder workshops, client meetings and consultation activities.
• Draft business case chapters, options analyses, strategic advisory reports and presentations.
• Contribute to client bids, tender submissions and overall project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs.
• For Managers: lead project delivery, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff and help grow the business.

Required profile

• Experience as a Manager or Senior Associate in property/infrastructure advisory, corporate finance, economics, or strategy consulting.
• Proven ability to handle client‑facing responsibilities and deliver high‑quality analytical work.
• Strong interest in real‑estate and social‑infrastructure sectors, with a desire for greater responsibility.
