Senior Architect/Designer – Large‑Scale Residential Projects

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Architect or Senior Designer to join our Perth Living team. You will lead and contribute to large‑scale, multi‑residential projects, delivering high‑quality design and technical solutions while fostering strong client and team relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support design development for complex residential projects.
• Produce advanced architectural documentation and technical drawings.
• Coordinate procurement, construction delivery, and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Guide and mentor junior staff, contributing to studio culture and success.

Required profile

• 10+ years post‑graduate experience in architecture or design.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale, complex residential projects.
• Advanced knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction methods, codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self‑sufficient work management with the ability to support broader team objectives.
