Senior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our award‑winning studio in Surry Hills. You will work closely with Project Leaders, Associates and Directors to deliver high‑end Class 2 multi‑residential projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior staff to guide a talented team through design and delivery phases.
• Take ownership of key project stages, coordinating consultants and stakeholders.
• Produce initial designs and detailed Development Application (DA) and construction documentation using ArchiCAD.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and associated teams to ensure clear communication.
• Review designs for practicality and buildability, attend site visits and manage project variations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture; registration is ideal.
• Proven experience managing Class 2 projects across all stages.
• Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Excellent understanding of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and ADG guidelines.
