Senior Analyst Corporate Finance

About the role

Jarden is seeking a driven and commercially minded Senior Analyst to join its Technology Corporate Finance team. You will support the delivery of high‑quality advice and transaction outcomes for clients in the technology and software sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for technology/software assets to support valuation and strategic decisions.
• Take an active role on M&A, capital markets transactions, and valuation advisory assignments.
• Perform valuation methods such as comparable companies analysis, precedent transactions, DCF and LBO analysis.
• Prepare and review advisory materials including information memoranda, investor presentations, and board reports.
• Conduct independent industry and company research to inform recommendations.
• Support diligence processes for buy‑side clients, including market analysis and risk assessment.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 1‑3 years’ experience in investment banking or Big Four valuations (preferred).
• Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, including valuation techniques.
