Senior Accountant – Leadership Opportunity (Full/Part Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant who will combine hands‑on technical accounting with mentoring and client engagement. The role offers autonomy to manage your own workflow while collaborating closely with our leadership team and Client Advisors. You will work a four‑day week (32 hours) while being paid for a full 38‑hour week.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and compliance work for a diverse client base.
• Provide high‑quality advisory services and build trusted relationships with clients.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Utilise modern accounting platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on business development and service delivery initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong Australian public practice experience.
• CA or CPA qualification is a plus, but proven accounting expertise is essential.
• Commitment to delivering quality work and a collaborative leadership style.
• Tech‑savvy, process‑oriented and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
