Senior Accountant

About the role

Boyce, Australia’s #1 regional accounting firm, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its advisory team. You will work with businesses and investors across regional Australia, helping them maximise financial performance while enjoying the flexibility to choose any of our office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting, tax, audit and advisory services to a diverse client base.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted financial partner.
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Support junior staff through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field (or currently studying).
• Public practice experience in advisory, accounting, tax or audit.
• Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond for clients and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Interest in developing relationship‑management skills.
