Supervisor – Tax & Advisory Services

About the role

We are a boutique, technology‑driven firm seeking a Supervisor to join our fast‑growing tax, advisory and virtual CFO practice in Canberra. You will work alongside experienced directors, gaining exposure to a diverse client base and fast‑tracking your career in a modern, results‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax compliance work, including Division 7A, CGT and FBT calculations.
• Assist with advisory engagements and support the delivery of virtual CFO services.
• Manage a portfolio of SMEs, high‑net‑worth individuals and large corporations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in an Australian accounting firm.
• Completed CA or CPA qualification, or currently undertaking one.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to spot business improvement areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Tax compliance expertise (Division 7A, CGT, FBT).
• Knowledge of advisory and virtual CFO service delivery.
