About the role
The Workplace Injury Commission is seeking a Strategy & Client Insights Analyst to shape organisational strategy through evidence‑based insights. You will analyse client feedback, performance data and emerging trends to provide recommendations that inform planning, investment decisions and service improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends and actionable insights.
- Develop executive‑ready reporting, performance dashboards and strategic insights for senior leaders.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen client feedback mechanisms and integrate stakeholder experiences into service planning.
Required profile
- Highly developed communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear narratives.
- Advanced expertise in management reporting, data analysis and visualisation that influences strategic decision‑making.
- Experience integrating client and stakeholder insights into continuous improvement processes.
