Senior Account Manager – Retail Brands

About the role

BMF Advertising, part of the Enero Group, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead day‑to‑day workflow for large retail brand clients in Melbourne. You will collaborate with project teams to deliver integrated campaigns that reinforce BMF’s reputation as a leading creative agency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily workflow and manage client relationships for large retail accounts.
• Develop timelines and oversee complex, multi‑channel campaigns from concept to production.
• Maintain all project documentation, including estimates, budgets, and reporting.
• Work with the Group Account Director to identify new client opportunities.
• Act as quality controller and advisor, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget.

Required profile

• Broad understanding of client business and competitive landscape, preferably retail.
• Proven experience in a reputable agency, with strong project‑management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to manage complex multi‑channel campaigns autonomously.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow BMF processes.

Required skills

• Technical production knowledge across broadcast, digital, print and outdoor.
• Experience building timelines for integrated campaigns.
• Budget estimation and financial management of projects.
