Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for Epsilon’s clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and overseeing the delivery of all Epsilon DMS campaigns. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding objectives, and providing media strategy and implementation recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and clients, delivering on PMX and agency expectations and resolving campaign issues.
• Oversee new campaign launches, coordinate media delivery, and ensure timely, accurate setup.
• Manage creative processes, request launch actions (pixels, tracking), and pull collated campaign insights.
• Update Salesforce, address finance queries for billing and revenue recognition.
• Generate market‑relevant collateral such as case studies and one‑pagers.

Required skills

• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in Epsilon DMS and PMX Lift.
• Knowledge of Salesforce for campaign and finance tracking.
• Digital media expertise across performance marketing, rich media, video and audio.
• Media planning and digital measurement metrics.
