Digital Planning Director – APAC

About the role

The APAC Planning Director will lead strategic media planning for Adobe across Australia, Singapore, Korea and India, ensuring campaigns are built on strong audience insights and clear communication strategies. This senior position bridges business objectives, planning, activation teams and market stakeholders to deliver consistent, rigorous, and effective planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead communications and channel planning across paid, owned and earned media.
• Translate client briefs into compelling, insight‑led media strategies.
• Develop measurement frameworks to support smarter investment decisions.
• Coordinate strategy, research, analytics, digital activation and investment specialists.
• Build trusted senior client and media relationships across the region.
• Coach and inspire Planning Managers and Executives, fostering innovation and award‑winning work.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in a planning role within a media agency or related marketing environment.
• Proven multi‑market stakeholder management and leadership of complex digital campaigns.
• Strong client leadership, presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Passion for mentoring and raising the standard of work.
