Senior Account Manager

About the role

Tag is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and deliver complex, high‑impact campaigns for brands across Australia and New Zealand. You will own a portfolio of clients, drive commercial growth and act as the strategic liaison between internal creative teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior agency stakeholder and primary escalation point for day‑to‑day client needs.
• Support project‑management teams to align client requirements with strategic priorities.
• Identify and convert organic growth opportunities, preparing proposal materials.
• Lead client planning and feedback sessions together with the Creative Lead.
• Articulate Tag’s full capability offering and make strategic recommendations.
• Maintain strong financial awareness, delivering monthly revenue forecasts and cost reporting to the Managing Director.
• Develop and execute client growth and campaign delivery plans across the portfolio.
• Inspire and manage a high‑performing team to achieve exceptional client results.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building trusted client relationships in the creative, content or social‑media industry.
• Experience delivering complex, multi‑channel campaigns and driving commercial growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and coaching teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen and financial awareness.
