Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to own high‑value client relationships across B2B RevOps retainers, government, NFP and long‑term brand accounts. You will act as the single point of contact, ensuring strategic alignment, flawless delivery and accurate billing while leading a remote specialist team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a senior portfolio of active accounts.
• Lead all client meetings, set agendas, present commercial results and capture action items.
• Translate client priorities into actionable tasks in the project‑management tool, manage capacity and pre‑empt risks.
• Quality‑assure all outgoing deliverables (reports, decks, strategic plans, creative assets).
• Partner with Finance to guarantee invoicing accuracy and monitor project margins.
• Identify upsell and retention opportunities to grow the existing book of business.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in client‑facing project or account management within a digital marketing or growth agency.
• Deep hands‑on fluency with Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp or equivalent platforms.
• Confidence presenting complex performance data and handling high‑stakes commercial conversations.
• Strong working knowledge of paid media, email marketing, SEO and web development.
• Experience collaborating with remote specialist teams across time zones.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate difficult situations.
