Senior Account Director

About the role

Allegory, a small independent creative communications agency, is looking for a Senior Account Director who can blend strategic counsel with hands‑on execution. You will work directly with the four co‑founders, shaping the agency’s growth while delivering impact for clients across complex sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level advice to executives while actively managing day‑to‑day client crises and campaign execution.
• Lead integrated communications projects that may involve public relations, corporate affairs, creator campaigns, and government relations.
• Navigate multiple industry verticals – healthcare, technology, and retail – and launch new products such as a fried‑chicken offering.
• Operate both as a strategic thinker and a hands‑on practitioner, moving quickly between high‑level planning and detailed tool‑based work.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in at least one of healthcare, technology, or retail, preferably a mix of all three.
• Proven track record in public relations, corporate affairs, creator‑driven campaigns, and government relations.
• Curiosity about a wide range of subjects and the ability to bring that knowledge into client work.
• Comfort with AI as a tool, not a crutch, and a balanced sense of seriousness.
