Senior 12D Designer – Remote (National)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior 12D Designer to join our national team and work remotely from anywhere in Australia. You will contribute to major land development projects, delivering high‑quality civil designs using the 12D platform.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed 12D models for large‑scale land development schemes.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners and surveyors to integrate design data.
• Review and optimise design solutions to meet project standards and client expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and design records throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience using 12D for civil design.
• Proven track record delivering complex land development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
