Selections Manager

About the role

Home Collective, part of ABN Group, is looking for a Selections Manager in Perth on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term basis. The role leads a team and helps shape the selections stage of the home-building journey, working closely with Retail Building Consultants, product specialists and the Retail Centre leadership team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Selections team through coaching, training and performance management
• Oversee colour and selections consultations, manage appointment capacity and ensure smooth customer journeys
• Build team capability and product expertise so consultants know products, design trends, home designs and the building process
• Manage operational performance, including workflow planning, documentation accuracy, customer satisfaction and service metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements that support business objectives

Required profile

• Background in selections, interior design, pre-start, construction or a similar consultative environment
• Passion for interior design, colour and creating inspiring customer experiences
• Natural eye for design and detail, with strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, with a customer-first mindset
