About the role
Join a national leading security integrator as a Security Technician, working with high‑end access control and CCTV systems. The role offers a strong customer focus and the chance to progress into management.
Key responsibilities
- Install, commission and program premium access control panels and CCTV systems (e.g., Gallagher, Integriti, Milestone, Genetec).
- Assist with complex technical issues on high‑end security systems and liaise with key customers on technical matters.
- Attend service call‑outs, provide outstanding customer service, and work closely with the team.
Required profile
- Previous experience with high‑end electronic security systems, especially access control.
- Ability to work unsupervised with strong attention to detail.
- Australian Security Licence, Cabling Licence and a valid driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Programming of access control, CCTV and VMS systems (Gallagher, Integriti, Genetec, Milestone).
- Extensive IP network knowledge, IP cameras, video management software and networking.
