Security Operations Manager - NSW

About the role

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations across multiple high-profile client sites in the Huntingwood region. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a team of about 80 security personnel, covering operational performance, client relationships and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 80 security officers
• Oversee security operations across multiple sites
• Manage client relationships and key stakeholders
• Monitor performance, standards and service delivery
• Respond to incidents and operational issues
• Conduct site visits, audits and inspections
• Assess site risks and address security gaps
• Coach, support and develop security personnel
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and client requirements

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Security Manager, Security Supervisor or similar, with proven leadership and people management experience
• Must be an Australian citizen
• Current Australian security licence
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Security clearance is desirable but not essential (must be able to obtain)

• Strong communication and client management skills
• Sound knowledge of security operations and procedures
