Search Marketing Assistant or Specialist

About the role

Join Infoactive Media’s close‑knit digital marketing team in Hillarys, Perth, and work on a mix of SEO strategy, paid search, email marketing and brand growth. The full‑time permanent position is open to graduates and offers on‑the‑job training.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain SEO health by monitoring rankings, fixing technical issues, updating content and using tools such as Semrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog and PageSpeed Insights.
• Support content creation through ideation, brief writing, fact‑checking and quality control to meet monthly targets.
• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy updates and performance reporting.
• Operate Klaviyo for automated email flows, promotional campaigns and coordinate sale periods across Australian, UK and US markets.
• Update brand assets on Google Business Profile, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and collect user‑generated content for PR.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in SEO (in‑house or agency) with technical and content skills.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns; Microsoft/Bing Ads knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with an email marketing platform such as Klaviyo or willingness to learn.
• Strong written English, high attention to detail and excellent organisational habits.
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for data analysis and optimisation.
