Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are a leading full‑service brand and performance agency seeking a proactive SEO and GEO specialist to drive sustainable acquisition for a portfolio of clients. Working closely with the Head of SEO and the wider performance marketing team, you will blend deep technical work with strategic planning to navigate the fast‑evolving search landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO and LLM visibility strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Perform detailed technical SEO audits, diagnose issues and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Oversee content production, ensuring briefs are commercially focused, technically sound and delivered on schedule.
• Monitor performance using SEO tools, translate data into actionable insights and produce clear reports.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to uncover opportunities and threats.
• Explore AI tools and emerging search trends, sharing learnings with clients and internal teams.
• Integrate SEO insights with paid media, web and broader digital strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of how search engines and large language models surface content.
• Proven ability to audit websites and prioritize tactical recommendations.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
