About the role

Rocket, an award‑winning digital marketing agency in Australia, is seeking an SEO Specialist to strengthen its search optimisation team. You will work on a variety of client projects, applying technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO techniques to drive organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on‑page, off‑page) and regular health checks.
• Develop and execute data‑driven SEO strategies that increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
• Collaborate with content, PPC and creative teams to align optimisation efforts.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in a digital marketing or SEO agency environment.
• Proven ability to handle several SEO projects at once with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and staying current with SEO trends.
